Every vintage watch undergoes a rigorous 20-point inspection by our in-house horologists, including movement cleaning, timing regulation, and pressure testing where applicable.
What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
All orders are shipped via insured express couriers. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your timepiece reaches you safely.
Do you offer a warranty on mechanical watches?
Yes, all our watches come with a 12-month mechanical warranty that covers the internal movement against manufacturing defects or functional failure.
Can I return a watch if it doesn't fit my wrist?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or resized bracelets may be subject to a restocking fee.
