Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original display box with all certificates and protective films intact, ensuring it is safely cushioned inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your chosen exchange piece within 3 to 5 business days.
